Was thinking for right now I would keep the Entune head unit, and just upgrade to a five channel amp and some front and rear speakers. Gonna get a five channel for later when I add a sub. The Tacoma's come with 6x9 in the front what is in the back 5 1/4 or 6 1/2's I was thinking of just putting some 6 1/2's in front and back. Don't mind spending 300.00 per set. Also a link to some good speaker adapters. And not that Tacotune trash if it is still around. Those were junk and needed all types of trimming. Do you guys generally use the factory tweeter loction or put it somewhere else?

What is your location? I've got a brand new Infinity Kappa 5ch amp if you're interested.

I would like to do the same thing.
I have an AC and the so called crappy rear speakers are above the head liner just behind the front seat.
Who the He$$ puts speakers above a head liner?

Yeah that is pretty stupid. They could have put 6x9's in the back doors, or at least 6 1/2's
