My truck is not getting fuel pressure. We have changed the fuel pump and fuel filter. We have checked all the relays also. Any suggestion?

    1. Does the fuel pump energize? If not and it's new then the harness and relay will need to be checked.
    2. Could be an ECU issue if the ECU is providing the ground for the fuel pump relay. Don't know that as fact as I have not looked at the Power and Ground distribution or PCM controls.
    3. Where are you measuring fuel pressure? Wondering if it could somehow be the regulator.
