Can anyone recommend a paint shop for small parts?

I have a outer plastic shell to my wife's mirror that needs to be repainted. There was a plastic molding that hit the car while on the freeway. No idea where it came from. Broke her mirror so trying to replace the pieces. Can anyone recommend a shop or does anyone here paint? It's not a huge part. I'm in Irvine but cam either ship or drop it off if it's SoCal. The gold piece needs to be repainted to grey like the one in the picture.

 

Seems it would be as inexpensive to drop it off at a local shop and have them charge an hour.
You also can buy an exact color match mixed and put in an aerosol can and diy. Many here have color matched grills perfectly by this method.
