They are a it stiff. E rated and all. But i keep them around 34 in the front 32 in the rear to allow them to ride well on pavement. Off-road they have been great! Mine are cupped from the previous owner. So they can get loud on the highway.

I do like them. I hope to move to 255/80/17 in the St Maxx when the time comes.

That's the size I bought. Should be better for the solid ice/snow covered northern NY roads with the narrower 255's
I'll keep you posted on mine. I have (E) BFG's and I keep them at 28... Which is still high for the rear because I'm flat in the center. Perfect on the front though, wearing very even.

How's the re-gear and how are the icons/kings doing? One of my front 5100's is leaking... I don't have the money to upgrade yet so I'd like to see how long I can make it on this leaking POS.

I likely won't regear until after the wedding. I am in northern Virginia now. Towing a golf cart on my trailer. Damn thing acts like a sail. I am pissed I am only averaging 18 mpg so far. I normally get 20.5 without it. The regear would help right now actually.

Your 5100 should be limited lifetime warrantied. For that blown seal.
Maybe check out the free thread for some one passing along old 4600/5100 to by time while you can try and get that one replaced.

The icons/kings click adjusted for the trailer have been awesome. My bad back can't hardly tell I drove 10 hours after work this morning.

How the F are you getting 20MPG??!! I got that stock but I'm at about 17-18 now.
On the 5100, would I need a receipt or anything do you think? Guess I could give them a call and see.

I am that guy that looks like he is stopped in the brake down lane as everyone passes him but is actually doing 60-64 mph. Lots of surge and coasting. I never use cruise. The ultra gauge is calibrated to my 285/70/17 tires not stock.

It is normal for me to get 345 miles to the light which is about 17 gallons. Not this trip thou.

All of the above is highway only mileage. I am at 17-18 with town driving.
