I have a 2012 Double Cab 4x4 ... 50k on the clock .... I have maintained the truck to a " T " underside of truck is as clean as the painted body , undercoated and painted .. only gets off road for fishing excursions which can sometimes get pretty messy but I always pressure wash the under side afterwards... I have noticed my frame bushings starting to sqeak on bumps ...a side from upgrading the bushings is there a cure for this ?? Is there a easy way to condition these bushings ?? I know some spray lubes will degrade the rubber . Any suggestions??

Silicone spray the crap out of them it won't hurt the bushings at all. It may take a couple tries but the stuff will work its way in there. My left front lower control arm drove me nuts until the lube made it to the squeek. Good Luck.

Pretty sure its coming from up front...control arms and such...The shocks seem fine ...guess I'll douche them in silicone spray and see what happens ...it doesn't sound like the ball joint creek but rather a squeak on short choppy bumps ...the only time I here it is going up the alley way behind the house ...

I just went through this on my 2012 and swore it was the suspension, I greased and checked torque values only to still have a squeak in the end. I read a post on here after much searching where another member with a 12' found it was actually the hood. Turn your hood adjusters down just a tad and apply a small amount of grease the the contact points for the rubber feet. I did this a week ago and problem solved, truck is so much quieter now.
