Couple Qts of your preferred 75w-90. You'll need a cheap pump and hose to refill and a 24mm socket (If I remember correctly). Loosen filler plug on mid section of tranny facing drivers side. Loosen drain plug on bottom of tranny. Drain. Tighten drain plug. pump in oil. Tighten fill plug. Open beer.

    Search around for full writeup.

ok i finished changing the trans oil put castrol syntec 75W 90 and after i was done i went out for a test drive to make sure everything was ok and everything was good except when i went to shift to 3rd it started to grind for a second and i slowed down and when i got to 3rd it did it again then after awhile of riding i guess when it got warm it was fine it is not cold here like low 60s at night was wondering what could be causing this?
