Rough idle

Hi, was wondering if anyone has ran into this problem, not really a problem
yet but I would like to fix it before it becomes one. I have a 96 Taco with a 2.4 engine and auto tranny. When I start to drive it and come to a stop, it idles fine however after about 15-20 min when I come to a stop it starts to idle rough. When I say idle I mean come to a stop , I'm still in drive but stopped. If I were to put it in neutral it idles fine. It seems to be something
happening after it warms up pretty well. If the water temp gauge goes to where it's suppose to go to, it still will take another 10min to start happening.
