So, I installed my spindles, Icon extended coilovers and DSM UCA. I had an alignment done right away. It drove great on the streets and slow speed fwy traffic :/ I finally got it pasted 55-75 and the steering wheel shuck like balance was off. Then I stepped on the brakes at 60 and it shick like I crazy. I drove it home on the streets, and checked every nut and bolt... It's all tight but still shakes. Does the alignment specs have to be a certain way now? I will post the alignment sheet later.
    Any ideas

Also, I'm running 17" atx wheels no spacers 285/70/17. Balanced good, as I didn't have an issue before.

I didn't have the issue with the wheels with the stock spindles when I had the Bili's and eibach's at 2.5. There is planty of clearance from the wheel to the spindle would the hub rings still be needed with the new Spindles?:notsure:

From my experience with owning vehicles when installing aftermarket wheels and there was a slight vibration like you were mentioning after I installed the hubcentric rings it was eliminated.

Ah' I just don't see why it would be an issue now and not before. Only thing that changed is the Coilover and Spindle. Here's the spec sheet giving. I'm going to take back in this morning.

You did make sure to rotate the tie rods 180* right? I remember reading about someone on here not doing that and had some problems. And there's no other lift besides the spindle (spacers etc)?

No other lift than the spindle and coilovers set at 0. Well other than the rear setup to level out the truck. And yes on the tie rods. I'm back at the shop now, I'm having them recheck it. I had tightened up everything installed 2 days ago. They tried to blame it on rotor warp just by what a said. But they were fine before the install. If it's not fixed today I'm putting on my stock spindles. I can't drive like that with my kids.

small update.. they said the rotors are worped badly and the break pads were damaged and cracked- even tho at 70% of life left. Don't know they could have gone bad just from installing Spindles as they were good before. Charging 89.00 to resurface rotors as they had allot of meat left and install new pads and adjust the rears. Let's see if it fixes the issue.

What Ricks said. Considerate of you to refuse to use the spindles for your kids' sake, but I sure am glad it didn't come to that.

Yes I'm glad it worked out too. I wasn't blaming the spindles... it was more of wtf did I or the Alignment shop do wrong lol. These things are great. I will post up my Spindles and truck pics tomorrow... just now finished my fox bump mount and the truck is covered in dust.

Little this. Little that 4x4 Swap’d PreRunner
Does that spacer on top of the spindle need to be that tall? Seems like a possible weak point. I'd be afraid of the bolt giving out.

For the kit to cycle correctly it does, and it's plenty strong. Never smashed on my truck this hard and everything held up just fine
