I was struggling today to access the front diff breather hose corbin clamp (I'm implementing Dirty Pool's "can" fix for breather puking) and I knocked off this plastic cap (the pencil is for size reference). I have no idea where it goes and I thought that someone here would have the answer.

looks like the cap off of a can of MAF sensor or carb cleaner, you sure it was on something and not just laying in there and you made it fall?
