Vibrations Still After Balancing

I have had all four tires on my `13 Taco road force balanced twice and still get vibes in the steering wheel at highway speeds especially over roads with a lot of expansion joints and bumps. I have had the TSB done for drive line vibes previously. Any other sources I should consider?

I had issues for a long time with my at3s. I made the tire shop I bought them from rebalance them several times.

Finally, I went to the Toyota dealer and paid them to do it. Came back perfect.

Too bad I had to pay to get it right when it should have come out of the tire shop right but sometimes you just have to find someone who knows what they're doing.

It may have been a static vs dynamic balancing issue...idk much about it honestly.
