I have a major coolant leak on my 05 Tacoma at the front of the water bypass pipe number 1. When I compared the pipe on my truck to the one on my dad's 2012 I noticed they were different. I saw a pipe for 12-14 on eBay and was was wondering if it would work on mine and if there would be any difference in terms of reliability Also if anyone has done this replacement and has any pointers they would be much appriciated

That's the same pipe. I took mine to a shop to get it fixed
