So i changed out my grill the other day on my 06 double cab and noticed a wiring harness that was just hanging there behind the grill, right next to what i believe is the horn. does anyone have any idea what this could be? i can try and post some pictures if needed after i get off work. this was previously my dads truck and i bought it from him and he said he doesnt know what it could be.

Weathertech floor liners moded to hold OEM floor mats, weathertech vent visors, Toyota bed mat, LEER 100XL cap, hood gasket mod to stop whistling.
There is a temp sensor mounted on the center support in front of the grille, do not remove it! The temp sensor is connected to the engine management system and not to a physical temp readout in the truck. The sensor connects to the canbus network and must remain.

Even back before 2014 the sensor was the same whether you had a temp display or not. The mirror grabbed it's info from Canbus.
