How to ship a 2nd gen grill?

    Any tips and tricks for me? Want to get it there safely and as economically as possible.

    find a box that is at least 2" larger on all sides than what you are shipping. Fill all the voids with packing material (packing peanuts, wadded paper or bubble wrap). Tape the box and go the post office, FedEx kinkos or the UPS store. If it gets damaged and you do not insure it when you ship it the most you will get will be $100 so decide when you ship it if it is worth it.

    I received my new one and sent the old one out via Fed-X. I think I remember it being well under $100. Best of luck.

    Try shipping a front bumper cover. That was a pain. Also cost almost $150.
