In the market for a 4 Runner. Advice?

So I have decided to get a second vehicle, hopefully a 4 Runner. I know the basics of what to look for (i.e. Stay away from the 3.slow and an automatic with 4cyl combo), but I figured I would ask for some advice.

I have been seeing quite a few '97-'99 ish 3.4 5 speeds for what seems like a decent price, but I have heard the gas mileage sucks. I also saw an '03 V8 runner that I was drooling over, but once again the gas mileage will suck even worse than the 3.4.

I realize that if I am looking for an economy vehicle I should look elsewhere, but I miss having a second vehicle and I love 4 Runners.

 

Disregard my previous post. I went on T4R.com and did some looking around. Found what I needed.
