I am shopping for tires on Amazon. I'm looking for and E rated A/T tire in size 245 75r 16. When I look at the specs for load rating, it gives me a number of 120S or 120 Q. It also tells me they will not fit on my 2011 Tacoma.
Any advice appreciated.

Try Tire Rack - they show LT245-75/16 in A/T E-rated (about 17 of them). And yes, they will fit. Amazon does NOT know everything.
