TRD SC, URD 1 size smaller SC drive pulley, Volant CAI w scoop, TacoTunes full kit, MagnaFlow muffler for flow but ran out rear to kill the drone.
I've got U[UD the URD 2.825" pulley I/m getting ready to install and 1stly I have to find the tensioner. Can someone please tell my DUMB ASS which one it is.let's say you're looking at the front of the motor directly at the SC pulley. There is a pulley 110°to the lower left, then one 180° to the bottom which both appear so not be related to tension. I was running out daylight as I got the skid plate off so I could see up from the bottom. I saw the belt around the alternator and then a belt which I could suppose ccoulsd be a tensioner. The reasoner I say this besides it's appearance the instructions say a 1/2" bolt, whereas the 2 pullies below the sc pulley are 9/16"
so th/ey are obviously not the correct ones referred to in the instructions. It's right next to the crank pulley.

Edit:I found the tensioner but for the life of me I can't get it to turn enough to get the inner SC belt off. I am doing this from the bottom so the belt I have to slip off is a ribbed one which means more tensioner movement is required. Which way do I turn it CW or CCW? I have a long 1/2" breaker bar (the instructions are referring to like a 1/2" drive, not a 1/2" socket). I also used a 1/2" drive rachet with a cheater bar but using just ratchet I'm too much of of a pussy to turn it with one hand and the slip belt off. The cheater pipe it's too long (or te truck is too closr to the groung) which means I miight try to raise it with a jack. I also have a 1/2" cheater bar, again too long and the head too large because it hits the fan clutch. Maybe I will I have better luck with a cllear head, daylight and some coffee. For anyone whho has done this -->>GADGET. PLEASE help. No w si nce I was able to turn it slightly and get they belt off a ribbed pulley slightly I'm in the position of "do I bump to motor to see if the belt will hop back in line"? then try the above mentioned methods. I think my best bet is to raise the truck and cur my cheater pipe somewhat or try to figure a way from the top. This is so frustrating because it's such a simple concept. SOMEONE PLEASE share the secret.
