Good morning. I'm new here so I hope this is the right place to post this question as opposed to vendor threads.
I recently bought a 2012 Tacoma 4X4, 4.0, Automatic, TRD with 28K miles showing. It is a wrecked rebuilder that I am fixing with the intent of keeping it for myself as my daily driver. I need to install a new a/c condensor. I have had 3 different aftermarket condensers shipped in all with the same problem. The top fitting connector is too small for the tube fitting. I have been back to toyota and they have confirmed that I have the correct tube for this truck. Their position is that I need to use their Toyota supplied condensor which is $550.00. Aftermarket pricing hovers right around 100.00. Has anyone else run into this issue, and if so we're you able to find another source or did you have to just bite the bullet and buy from Toyota?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Not sure what to take a picture of. The original tube and condensor are missing. I don't have a new condensor to take pics of as I returned them when they didn't fit.
