My 07 Tacoma's tail lights stopped working

Hello everyone I am new at this so I will learn fast.
My 2007 Tacoma's tail lights just stopped working just the tail tights, fuse is good and bulbs, any help where to start? Dealer wants $175.00 to trouble shoot? not fix....

Take it somewhere else, not the dealer. They'll rob you blind.
