2000 3.4l v6 Sr5 with 5 speed transmission

I am purchasing this pickup and after a new clutch kit and probably the timing belt and all drove belts/water pump and whatever comes in that kit I was wondering what oils and fluids yAll recommend. I plan on changing the front and rear differentials and the transfer case... Well, even oil and filter for peace of mind. What oil and filter is best, how many quarts?

How many quarts go in the transmission and differentials each? What fluid do yall recommend for everything?

 

do research..... I hear you thinking amsoil and probably a toyota oem filter because they might be actually better than anything else out there for these pickups.... how is my line of thinking?

Also, what gear oil do I need.....amsoil but there are several types showing up?

and are y'all running 5w-30 synthetic amsoil?
