Well, I guess I will start my build thread. Seven months ago I decided to get a new vehicle. I really liked the Tacoma truck but thought it made more sense to buy a sedan for better mileage and lugging the family around in. I have never had a car as my primary driver. My wife told me I would regret it. It was hard telling her she was right! Never live that one down. I couldn't stand the thought of the depreciation loss to take trading a car so new. The wife finally convinced me to go ahead and do it now. Fortunately I didn't take it in the shorts near as bad as I thought I would. Anyway, I bought a 2015 DCSB Prerunner. I had a hard time finding a SR5, V6 with towing package, entune stereo and nothing else. Most all had wheel upgrades, step bars, and all other kinds of addons. My intent was lift it 3/1 and put 285s on her. I figured no sense in paying for alloys and etc. if I am going to remove them anyway. Well I found her and picked her up last Saturday 11/15/14. I purchased some 16x8 Moto Metals and 285/75/16 Pathfinders from Discount Tire this week. I picked those up today and heading to 4 wheel parts in the morning for the lift. Going to try to get some before and after pics tomorrow and hope to post them up this weekend. Let me know what you guys think. :D:D:D:D:D
