Mostly interior mods. Hood work leds, in-cab outlet (I have it switched to the front plug for a cabin heater in the winter), 400w all the time on the inverter, heated mirror add-on, and 4x4 switch illumination. Up coming I want a level kit and hood scoop light bar and possibly line the bed with the led strips.
    Fellow Alaskans,

I was curious if anyone uses a 110v or 12v portable space heater to keep their cab warm on cold days, what brand you use, if it's mounted, how you ran the wires (whether it be from the battery or an extension cord through the door), how long you leave it on, wattage of heater, temps you use it in, etc..

There is a guy at work who ran an extension cord through the fence to the parking lot and he keeps his cab and engine plugged in while he's at work. Makes for a toasty ride home..

    Thanks,

    LongTimeAlaskan

Those heaters don't work very well it really doesn't do much besides getting rid of frost

    Just me
I remember 15 years ago a buddy used a Hot Air Popcorn Popper, mounted to a board in the back of his Astro Van. He would flip on the inside (house) switch for his headbolt heater and the snow would be melting off the roof in about ten minutes. YMMV
