    Hi fellows.

I'm Pedro, from brazil and i'am here to introduce my 1995 SR5 xtracab Taco. Tacomas were not officially imported to Brazil by Toyota, so its very very rare to find one, instead of double cab hilux and 4runners (hilux sw4 in our market).

The truck is in great shape for a 20 years ride, all electricals, mechanical works fine, the truck is reaching 140.000 miles, and when you look underneath it you think its 8 yrs old truck. The engine was replaced (keeping the 3.4l) by one taken from a 2001 4runner, and is now with something around 65.000 miles.

The old owner did a nice job replacing a lot of worn parts and changing the wheels and tires to this 16" alloys and 285/75 16 bfs muds. He also lifted her, using toyota parts removed from one early year hilux.

Once the mechanicals is working fine, i am now focusing on replace the worn interior switches and other interior parts. I also need a new passenger side mirror, mine has a crack in the chrome cover.

Ebay is being a bless to find all i need and the forum is helping a lot.

thank you from your buddy from down under!
