I went to start my truck last week and it would click once then nothing. I was able to push start it a couple times but now I can't even do that. I replaced the starter and alternator yesterday. I tested the battery and starter to be sure they are working. Both are fine.

I believe my flywheel is stuck and the click I hear is the starter coming out but not able to spin.

My question is how do I unstick my flywheel?

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
    Try another battery.

I'm no mechanic but if the Taco engine is anything similar to a chevy V8 in its basic design, you cant have a stuck flywheel. A stuck flywheel would mean a blown engine because its directly bolted to the crank shaft. This sounds like your battery has ceased to live. Its gone to the battery graveyard. Its an ex-battery.

Agreed. The only way to test a battery is with a load tester. It can have normal voltage and still be tits up. Also check all of your grounds and connections, especially the one on the frame end of the ground cable. It gets corroded for some reason.

BATTERY!!! Turn the lights on--if they go dim(or off) when you try to start--Battery is the problem.
Since you replaced the starter--that was my second choice. Probably not the problem.
    Check you CONNECTIONS.

Shouldn't have died but anything can happen, try jumping it. Check your connections on both ends too, that tripped me up once.

So turns out there was some resistance built up into the hot wire between battery and starter. Got it replaced and started right up

Ironically, I was destined to make a smart ass comment about it being Optima.
Until I found out it is an Optima. Took the fun out of it
May very well be your issue. At one time. I had a pile of Optima's next to my shop that were garbage.
Lucky you can still get a core back on those bricks of shit.

I was losing voltage from battery to the starter somewhere in the cable. No visible rust or fraying in the line. Probably corrosion from constant use. I'm pretty sure it was the original wire

Not the same, but the power lead for my amplifiers croaked this year. Fuse and connections were all good, but running a jumper wire fixed the issue. I visually inspected the wire and it looked fine but the test results were the solution.
