2002 headliner

I have looked everywhere for a description of how to remove the headliner in my 2002 xtracab. I know I can just yank it out but I HOPE to reuse it! Same question for the plastic panels on the back wall and the side walls.

I want to add sound deadening. Carpet is to be removed also but I do not see a problem there. Prior owner chewed tobacco and was a lousy shot.
