just dropped my 07 taco at the dealership yesterday for frame rust
inspection they said they will let me know in a couple of days if
truck passes or not they gave me a new camery to use while truck
    is being inspected.
2 or 3 days if truck passes ,
2 or 3 months if I need a new frame,

Good luck and hope you get a new frame. This rust recall makes me wish I didn't trade my 06 for a 2013.

Are the newer ones affected? I am nervous now about my 11. Frame still has all the factory paint on it and stickers.

I received the letter from Toyota about this as well ... along with a phone call from the dealer. It was affecting 2005 - 2008s.
I had mine inspected, it passed and they treated it to a full frame undercoating. I have always cared for mine, though. They salt the roads around here, but I pressure wash the underside every spring.
