I need some help!!! I have a 2006 Toyota Tacoma 2.7l. When I first start my truck in the morning or has been sitting all day in the cold it misfires for the first 15 seconds or so and then goes away which is making it harder to diagnose. I have replaced spark plugs, coils, cleaned MAF sensor, and did a fuel induction service and still having the same issue. Has anyone else ran into this issue before? I wouldn't be in a rush to fix but am going on a long trip Monday. If anyone can point me in the right direction or have any input would be great! As always Thanks in advance!

You're misfiring on cylinders 1 & 2. How many miles are on the engine? Could be injectors acting up. Also could be an oxygen sensor.

Try turning the key to ON for 5-10 seconds and then start the truck. Might help, might not but its easy and worth a try.

Smell any gas under the hood before or after cranking? Thinking you could have a broken/crushed oring on one of the injectors allowing some air into the fuel rail. Once it purged it would run smooth. But just a theory. I've seen it happen on an older Nissan truck.

Someone else suggested an O2 sensor. This is not the case. The O2 sensor data is not utilized until the engine warms up and the ECM goes into closed loop operation.
