Hi everyone... I joined up to get some info before I purchase a new truck. I currently drive a 2012 Sequioa (family truckster) and I am ready to add a tacoma. After reading the horror stories and toyota refusing to fix frames and engine knocks on the new Tacos is it safe to buy one?

Our local dealers were horrible when I bought the sequoia. I am positive they law awake figuring out how not to fix issues. We love the sequoia, and I really want a tacoma, but needless to say if I shell out $32k, it had damn well better run and perform.
I'm looking at a doublecab, 4x4, v6, 6-speed manual, with the Trd Sport pkg.

Please advise as to which options are better/worse.

    Thanks in advance!
