Options for a little more lift

All, i'm looking for options or suggestions to get a bit more lift on my truck for tire clearance.
    I have a 2006 DCSB pre-runner.
Installed Deaver J66 leaf pack and 2" bocks in the rear, Front is Light Racing upper control arms and OME 885X coils and Bilstein 5100s all around.

The reason i need a bit more lift is i just installed new tires and wheels and got a great deal on tires that i couldn't pass up even though i knew fit would be tight.

Wheels are Moto Metal 961 18x10 with 4.5" backspacing. Tires are 325/60-18 Nitto Terra Grappler G2.

I've trimmed the flares where they rub and they still rub where i was expecting which a cab mount chop would fix.

My question for the group is, what options would i have with this setup to get a bit more lift which might prevent more fender trimming and the cab mount chop.

Would adjustable coilovers get me that bit more lift ? Should i look at MaxTrack spindles ?

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks for the response, that certainly helps. I did the cab mount chop yesterday and can now go full lock with no rubbing, but still to close for comfort. i'll start reading and better understanding my alignment to see if that can buy me a bit more clearance.

Unfortunately different tires aren't and option at this point until they wear out. The chop at least buys me more time to figure out other options. My reason for saying more lift would help is at full lock if i put a floor jack and lift the truck an inch, that gives me plenty of clearance. I just couldn't find anywhere a way to get that extra inch with my current setup.
I know i could replace the spindles but that would give me a ton more lift. More than i would want. I just didn't know if a replacement coilover was available that is longer than the OME 885 with Bilsteins on zero that i have now.

    Thanks and i'll keep researching.

Since you are a prerunner easiest thing would to do is install maxtrac spindles.

As much as I hate to suggest it....

    1" body lift

I wouldn't go any higher than that - as they can create their own set of problems. I had to put 1" body lift on my jeep to gain a slight amount of clearance.

yeah, agreed.. not a body lift fan. Besides it wouldn't buy me anything. The clearance problem is around the cab mount. Definitely would have to be a suspension lift to gain that clearance. I did the cab mount chop this weekend which definitely bought me more clearance and time. Just need to see where i go next. I don't want to add a spacer on top of the coilover so i think i'm down to only 2 options. 1) Spindle lift and 2) Adjustable extended travel coilover.
