    How so? He's asking for experience on that item. Would a link make you experienced with it? Probably not, it'd only make you know what the hell he's talking about which is pretty easy with the old Google machine.

    If you are talking about the
    $78 FTS205 1-1/2" Add-A-Leaf Kit for Toyota Tacoma
    FTS205, they were very popular in the early days of Tacoma. They were nice and long and not real stiff.

    I bought 2 pairs for $80 way back when to make up possibly the 1st "3 leaf progressive AAL". The anti friction pads and the clamps are my additions. All you get is the leaf and maybe the center pins.
    I have no personal experience with them alone and not sure if they have changed the specs from 14 years ago.

    I agree as vendors used to offer a short and long add a leaf at one time.

    Op the longer the add a leaf will give a better ride and as stated above If I were you look at the icon or wheelers 3 leaf. You might spend a lil more but you will be happier with it.

    Do the anti friction pads help it from squeaking? If so where do I get it?

    Their entire purpose in life is to reduce friction between leaves and prevent squeaking as the leaves slide against each other while the spring flexes.
    I used generic pads (pictured) and cut them into circles for my application. This type requires a hole to be drilled. Around a dozen were free for the asking from a spring shop where I was known. Parts houses will charge outrageous $$ considering they are worth about 1 cent.
    Google "leaf spring insulator", there are many sizes, shapes, styles and sources.
