Clutch has been replaced and adjusted. Transmission fluid replaced. But it is still hard to shift doesn't matter what gear and it's worse sitting still. Now when the truck warms up it gets better and sometimes goes completely away and is really smooth shifting that's why we changed the transmission fluid. Truck is back at the shop and I honestly don't think they have a clue. I have already spent a bunch of money so any and all help is greatly appreciated thank you!

Having trouble following your multiple threads . Members read your problem like a book . They read to see whats been done . If you start multiple posts , its harder for members to determine your issue .

We still dont know if the master cylinder and slave cylinder were bled during the clutch replacement .
We dont know if the flywheel was turned down
Did the shop use a Toyota clutch or aftermarket
Did they match everything up with the original clutch assembly
If they did turn the flywheel down , How much metal was removed from your flywheel and did they add shims to compensate for the metal removed ? This is by far the largest problem with Toyota clutch jobs including factory clutches .
Was the pilot bearing replaced ?
What color is the fluid in the master and slave cylinder ?
Have they checked for air in the hydraulic clutch assist ?
What gears are you having trouble with ?
These are some things you need to ask the shop and then post here

Pull the shifter and check the bushing for damage. The nylon bushing breaks apart causing the shifter hard to engage the gears. Marlin crawler sells them or your local dealer.
