I would love to do Billies but don't have $750 for the whole shebang. So until I do I would like to replace the blown out non TRD shocks and struts with new TRD shocks and struts until I can afford the suspension I want.

5100 front and rears are barely over $300. I just sold brand new TRD struts (no coils) and 174 miles used TRD rear shocks for $100 shipped.

Bilstiens are $200 shipped from wheeler's, you just need to switch over the spring and plate. Add the spacer for $7 to get rid of taco lean. There are some good write ups on how to do it. I used a spring compressor, as I couldn't get the driver side to articulate enough to do it without. I did the same with pass side, even though it loosened and probably would have articulated plenty.

or buy someone's take off shocks from buy/sell/trade

    $200 for one side.*

Seems like every vendor on TW sells the set of 4 complete shocks for $335 or so.
