    I've been losing 65-80 miles per tank recently. I got 265/75-16 tires not too long ago but didn't see any significant decrease in MPGs. All other service/maintenance is up to date. The plugs are all I could think of that would be causing the MPG loss.

    Corey, i know it's a little late for this but i managed to find a fix for that check engine light issue you were having in your WRX. Short story shorter, there's 4 ground wires inside this here wiring harness:

    Unraveled the tape, put some solder on the connection. Hasn't thrown a code since.

    I had the P0300 'Random misfire' code come up a few times and was about to take it up to the dealership before i came across that random thread. Working well so far. Took me about 20 minutes start to finish. Most of which was peeling off tape then re-taping. I guess it's a fairly common little hiccup for the newer WRX's.
