Just a warning. Do not use Burdick Toyota at Drivers Village. They wouldn't even consider my Tacoma for warranty work since its lifted. I explained that if it has nothing to do with the failure then it does not effect the warranty as well as the fact that Toyota and other dealers sell lifted Tacomas. They didn't care and wont cover the annoying as hell front diff groan.

Romano is not much better. I brought my truck there to begin with and they blamed it on my tires. It is not my tires and I know that for a fact because when I switch to my winters the noise is still there.

    Unbelievable.

I called NYE in Oneida about 15 times over 3 days and could not get ahold of a single person at the service department.

Can anyone recommend a good Toyota dealer in the area?

Fox Toyota in auburn. I went to Burdick when I bought my rav4, I went to trade it in for my tacoma and they wouldn't give me the time of day. Went to fox and the guy I talked to was great and they actually gave me what my rav was worth and wanted my business.

Feel free to try Fox in Auburn, but don't get your hopes too high. I live 5 minutes from there. I used to have a bone stock Subaru Impreza and took it to Fox for multiple warranty issues and they pretty much found an excuse to not fix every single issue.

Before the Subaru I had a '98 Tacoma and had to drive that truck to Driver's Village to get the frame test done because Fox refused to do it.

    Just my experience...
