I recently put a 3in ToyTec spacer lift on my truck, and put Fireston Destination A/T 285 75R16 tires on it. The tires rub a bit when i turn. I have stalk rims on it right now, and I want to push the tires out a little bit to minimize the rubbing and a better look. I am looking at the ProComp 7069 wheels to put on. Anybody have any advice if this will work good or not?

Hmmm... Are the tires really beefy? It sounds like those tires should be fine with a 3 in. lift - have you tried trimming some plastic in the wheel well before you spend $$? Maybe take off the mud flaps? I had to do both of those things to fit my 265/75/16's but very minimal trimming.

I havent tried trimmimg any plastic yet. Ive taken off the mud flaps though. The tires are pretty beefy, but nothing crazy. I was probably gonna upgrade the rims eventually, I was just wondering If this would help out at all. I will try to trim

Could take it to an alignment shop and have them push the caster forward. Most rims look good on the truck

If you were going to upgrade wheel anyway, might as well. I think it will help, depending on the offset

you just need wheels with more backspacing, you could use wheel spacers but the camp is devided on weather there safe or not

The same shit everyone else has.
If you plan on keeping the stock wheels, look into Spidertrax spacers. I have a set on my Tacoma and love em. My old lady has a set on her JK and loves them as well. No issues running them on either vehicle.

Ya I have looked into those. Im not really happy with my satlk rims anymore and I wanna go black, so Im buying the -12mm offset to see if it sets it out enough, and I might get those spacers after If I need more.

If you push the wheels out more you'll increase the rubbing when turning.
