my 2012 Tacoma TPMS light is on and all tires, including spare are at pressure. Any thoughts as to why? Is there a recall?

Does it blink for about 2 min and then go solid when you start the truck? If so, it's a bad sensor. Did you get new rims/tires? Stock?

Have you tried resetting it ? Is there a sensor in the spare ?

It's probably still covered by your bumper to bumper warranty. But try re-setting first. Before you reset, remember to lower your tire pressure to the set point you want. I've got mine at 26. If you reset at your actual desired tire pressure, say 35psi, the light will go on every time it gets cold outside.
