Question: Any one else experience their CDs getting very hot after only playing half the tracks? I have a 2006, 4dr, V6. Whenever I use the stock CD player I've noticed that the CDs, after ejecting, are really hot. Doesn't Toyota know to direct some air flow around the CD unit to keep it cool or is there another issue. This has always been the case though it seems to be getting worse and now certain CDs tend to skip.

    Thanks

Every CD player I've ever had in car or home has made CDs hot.
