Hello, New to the site and have question.

    I have a 2007 TRD sport DC 2WD

I plan on buying the Level 8 MK6 17x9 wheels

Tires are going to be Nitto Terra G2 285/70/17

    I'm also putting a 3" lift on.

They offer these wheels with a 4.5 BS, 0 offset or a -12 offset.

Will my stock UCA's be clear with either of these options?

    Thanks.

You should be able to with no problems, other than possible rubbing with that size of a tire. Otherwise, I'd go with the -12 offset.

I prefer the - offset wheels as they stick out further and have a better stance. Will run fenders/cab mount more but that's what grinders and sawzalls are for! LOL
