Pool Grates or Off Road Recover Sand Rails??

Hi All,

I acquired what looks to be ramps, but they are made from thin galvanized steel, and are a bit narrow to be recovery sand rails. I tried researching the company, but I can't seem to find the product in questions.

Are these Pool Grates, like a cover for a culvert/gutter, or are these recovery sand rails??

In my line of work we use this to replace broken and bent steps on Garbage trucks. This would be the platform that the Sanitation employee would stand on while the truck was moving from house to house.

 

Yeaaaa, no. Not sand rails... Cleary says "Perma Grate" meaning they are grates that must cover a gutter or drain.

 

I figured as much . Not really the product I hoped it to be. I'll most likely cut thme down to 3 foot sections, them take a pie wedge cut into the side to bend an approach and departure ramp. Kinda turn them into sand rails. I do have a set of mattracks but I've been looking for additional sets, so I'll try making a pair with these.

 

They appear to be loading ramps, similar to what Harbor Freight sells.

 

Yes those are ramps from harbor freight like tomwil said , I used to own a pair just like those .

 

Not ramps. Those are catwalk planks or stair treads.
