Brand new Alcan leafs for my 2012 Tacoma Baja with a 1/2inch increase over stock. Cost me over $700 including U-Bolts.
    Just got them last night.

Going to sell my Baja now and purchase the 2016 Tacoma.

I'm asking $500 for them plus $30 for shipping.

    Thanks,

Good move. Once the 16's hit, I imagine the current high resale is going to take a hit. What are you going to get in the mean time though?

I have a Audi RS5 but can't take my 3 shedding pug-mix dogs in it. I might just get an old wagon. Outback or an old Audi Avant under 5k to hold me over till Fall 2015. Something that already has depreciated fully so I can resell.

Nice springs... I'd be curious to hear from the new owner how they ride. I've always thought a thin-leaf pack would be better riding than the stockers - are those leaves thinner than the stock leaves?

I believe they are thinner. I'm curious as well and if I don't have any buyers by Tuesday I may just slap them on. I'll let you know how they ride if I do.

Awesome. What was it like ordering from them ? What kind of specs did you tell them to only get 1/2in over stock and with 8 leafs. I am really leaning going with them .

It's pretty easy to order. I just measured the height at each tire to see where I sat. I was down about 1/2 inch in the rear. Just told them how much higher I wanted from stock and they took it from there. Took about 2-3 weeks.

Is or has anyone run these springs and what is your personal experience ? Would like to know things like any squeaking , ride qwerty , handling a load and how did everything line up when installed ? Thanks in advance !

No longer for sale. I put them on yesterday and I'm glad I did. The new tacoma won't be ready till end of 2015 so might as well enjoy my Baja. The rear is now sitting higher with no more sag from the shell. With only one day of driving I do feel they are bit stiffer than stock. Also they do squeak a bit but hopefully that will go away as they break in. I'll keep you updated as I break them in a bit more. So far so good.

First let me say thanks for the up date . I have really been considering going with these leafs. Did they make them to the spec's you gave them? Meaning are you sitting where you wanted to? Also how was the install and did you have any issues with the brake cable bracket ? And please keep us up dated on if the squeak go's away or gets wares? Any and all info is much appreciated.
