    True. I mean I have already been on pavement in a puddle in the middle of January so I have been in worse. I think a well lit insulated garage in itself will be nice.

    speaking of well lit... i hung a couple fluorescent light fixtures in the garage and now its much better for seeing most things. still sucks for under the truck and in the cab and shit like that. my dad just started selling 10W LED battery powered work lights (like this-

    Will be awesome for camping too, and if any wrenching in the dark is needed it should be worth its weight in gold.

    Looks awesome. I saw a rubber mat that had upward facing leds but it didn't seem like it sold well. A light like that seems to work better.

    yea i was pleasantly surprised when I did a real world test of it. I wish the battery life was better or if it accepted common batteries like dewalt/milwaukee/etc. that would be awesome.

    No, that is my brother in laws here in the pic. His was a custom built and tall so he could work on boats in it. He spent about 4k on the floor and the concrete on the outside. Him another friend ran the piping for the radiant floor heat and they did a burn finish on the floor. I actually don't mind sitting on the floor and working on something in there.
