you will pull too many amps through the wiring harness using it for 2 bars. it not designed for that. you would have to make a custom harness. get the harness for the 2nd bar. you can wire the trigger wire to the same switch though.

Well seeing how you can hook up a 50 inch light bar to a single wiring harness, you can hook up a single row 10 inch + a double row 30 inch without exceeding amps. Light bars don't draw very much amperage, hence you could hook up plenty more to one harness.

Yup I've got a 20" and two 8" bars wired together. Which is about 17 amps total. Then my 42" is wired separately which is about 22amps. So I could probly get away wiring them all together but I was safe about it. What are the amp ratings for yours combined? And the wire gauge?

Should be just fine regardless. The only thing that might matter, is if rigid uses different gauge wiring and relay for their smaller bars versus their bigger bars. Which I doubt they do. Their harnesses are pretty nice anyways. Probly all the same wiring harnesses.

here is where i kindly disagree... to a point. i do agree quality LED's are low amperage.

a harness rated for a 50" bar is more than likely overkill for 10" bar. however a harness for a 10" bar would not be ideal for a 50" bar and could be a fire risk.

no two light bars are the same when mixing sizes or manufactures when it comes to operating amperages and the harness.

    rigid E10 bar - 5amps
    rigid E30 bar - 12amps
    rigid E40 bar - 12amps
    rigid E50 bar - 20 amps

the harness for a 50" would have the headroom to accomdate the 10 & 30" bars on it. not the other way around
*unless they use the 50" harness for all bars*

There a lot more that plays into this that i can't cover right now.

Yeah that's what I was trying to say. Even then, If his 30 and 10 is 17 amps, that should be plenty. And I'm betting they all come with 30 or 40 amp relays anyways. So it's gonna come down to wire gauge. But, to be safe, you could wire in a separate fuse when tapping into the other harness, and that'll eliminate any hazards. If it pops, then you'll know to wire in a separate harness. But let's wait on word from him on the wire gauge then go from there.
