    Lubricating all contact points. Rubber seals and the 2 plastic hood supports.

    It's an easy test. Rock the truck and see if it makes the noise. If it does, open the hood and rock it again. If noise is gone it's the hood.

    Rock the truck side to side using the bed in a quite place is possible. If there's a squeak in the suspension you'll find it that way
