I have Bilstein 5100's on the front and rear of my 2005. Would I be able to run OME Dakar leaf springs if I remove the 3rd leaf and 2nd overload spring?

I know that stock Dakar's are too tall for 5100's and are better off with 5125's, but I am not looking to lift the ass that much.

How much weight do you haul? You will be better with a 3 leaf AAL

I have a topper and generally some gear in the bed, but don't haul heavy loads too often. I was hoping that Toyota would find a quick fix for the recent leaf spring recall, but I'm not holding my breath.

What year is your truck? A 3 leaf AAL would be fine for you, plus if you go with Dakar's you'd need extended break lines. I had one and liked it (for sale if you'd like it)
