Make Interior lights turn on when ignition is turned off

I'm wondering if anybody knows a way to have the interior lights come on when you park and shut off the ignition, prior to opening the door. My Volvo used to do this, you can gather your things and can see, then open the door (which is when they currently turn on) and after closing it they time out.

I know some guys have figured out the wiring for the fog light mods and such, maybe you've happened upon some info on this relay?

Anyone else interested in this mod?
