Does anyone know if you can easily install a Head Unit from a 2014 Tacoma in a 2007 Tacoma? The stock unit I am told has

    6.1" Display Audio with AM/FM/CD/MP3/WMA,
    -Touchscreen
    -Bluetooth® Capability
-USB input with HD integrated Satellite Radio

Others have done it on here, though you would have to run new sat radio antenna.
Here is just one how to.

I have a 2007 and recently did this with the non nav version as I don't care for in dash nav since I use Google off of my phone to do this. I have managed to get everything working except the 3.5mm audio jack, which I am in process of wiring up to the stock harness. I don't have the steering wheel controls either. All in all the install was straight forward. The hardest part was cutting the bezel to fit the new radio flush. If anybody has questions let me know.
