    Hello, I have a question about the inverter on my 2012 tacoma. Last time I used it about 4 months ago it worked fine. I went to use it last week and nothing. The switch does nothing, almost like there is no power to the switch. I checked all the fuses under the hood and they are all good. I have search the forum looking for a thread about this, but couldn't find what I was looking for. Best I could tell is there isn't a fuse for the actual inverter but I wasn't sure if the switch power was fused somewhere? If you have any knowledge on where I should start looking that would be great. Thanks Nick

    May be not - nut check for fuses inside lower left dash area.

    isn't there a diagram for the fuse panels in the owners manual? There should be one that says inverter.

    Per my 2012 manual - the fuse info is;

    Fuse # 35 AC SKT 100 A Power outlets - in the engine compartment

    Thank you for your replys! The 100 amp # 35 fuse is good along with all the fuses in the dash fuse box. I guess my next step is to start checking the wiring to the switch and maybe take the center console apart and check the inverter. Thanks again. Nick

    My inverter crapped out on my '13 last year. I only used it twice prior to that. I had it replaced under warranty. Probably not what you want to hear I guess...

    That's good to know. Even if that's the case an after market invert is pretty cheap. Mainly an agervation to get in there and replace it. Thanks Nick
