Hey all, just wanted to share that a couple months ago I traded in my 2012 Dodge PowerWagon in for a white 2015 Tacoma TRD PRO. Interested in lifting the truck 4-6" without jeopordizing the stock suspension. Don't know much about the suspension that came with the pro package other than it is upgraded from a standard trd offroad package. Looking to be brought up to speed on my options of lifting the truck the right way without negative effects of the stock suspension.

    Welcome bud from Houston

I suggest you sell the truck and buy a stock TRD O/R and save $10k, that way you can buy the suspension you want instead of paying the premium for the suspension of the PRO.

    Good luck.

not much because you can buy a new set of top of the line coilovers with rear shock for about $1200. Maybe you could get about $500-$800, but it makes not sense since you spent about $10000 for that upgrade.

Well I may have been a little exaggerative, however dealers will take almost $3000-$4000 off sticker on a typical SRS 4wd, and they are less lenient on the TRD PROs.

I do think the TRD PROs are badass though and wish I could afford one as a 2nd vehicle.

Here in Alaska they dont move much at all on any tacoma model...but yes for the curious, I paid right at 38...just went and looked at a trd sport long bed last night and it was right under 35...dont know what to think of it since I obviously would like to throw on larger tires and make the stance more aggressive. Have looked at a few 6" lifted yota's and have decided against that high. 3-4" would be a nice aggressive stance that Im looking for.

Bilstein 6112's, Icon progressive AAL, Specialty Products Upper Control Arms, TRD Catback, Alpine head unit, Husky Liners mats, AVS in-channel visors, Husky Liner Mud Guards, Bullaculla Trailer harness Relocate Bracket, TRD shift knob
Toytec makes a spacer to give the front 1" more I think for the Baja, may work on the Pro. You could add progressive leafs or new leaf pack in rear.

Or just remove the Pro setup and install an Icon setup. If you go this route, I'm sure someone would buy the Pro setup...maybe me:D I'm actually looking at the new Bilstein 6112's.

But it sucks to buy a Pro and rip out that suspension

Would rather not mess with spacers...
