CV axle HELP

    Supercharger, Baja Suspension, TRD exhuast, Stealth pulley.
    I am replacing my driver side CV axle. Do I need a new seal for the new axle? I have a cheapo axle from autozone. The seal is where the axle goes into the spindle where the bearing is. Here are pics. I tried to take it off but it appears to be part of the OEM axle.

    You'd remove it by tapping behind that metal ring that's missing on the new CV.

    Yours looks pretty worn so it wouldn't be a bad idea to replace it. Easier to do it now than to redo the entire job later on.
