2012Ducati SF 848 for a 2002 Tacoma Prerunner

Currently I owned a 2012 Tacoma 4x4 (32,000, and will be trading it soon for a new 4runner. I still would like to have a truck, and I've always loved the 1st Gen. My wife's uncle said he was willing to sale his 2002 Tacoma Prerunner (75,000 miles) just to purchase my 2012 Ducati SF 848 (1,000 miles). I told him "maybe we can work something out."

It's not a 4x4, but I know he has taken great care for it. Drives about 4 miles to work every day, other miles have been added by road trips.

Would it be fair for an even swap? What do you guys think?

 

I assume you know what your Duck is worth, why don't you check the NADA guide or with KBB to see what the truck is worth with the information you have and do the math.
