Buying a friends used rims. He's had them on for maybe 6 month.
Main reason to buying them is eventually painting them black, and than switching out my ugly stock rims for them.

What would you pay for this type of rims? I've seen them painted black and thought they would look pretty good on my red 04 extra cab tacoma

Heres pictures of the rims, my truck now with stock rims

40 bucks a wheel, maybe even less seems fair. they look to have some oxidation but after polishing and painting i think they'd look pretty good

your truck looks nice by the way, with those black wheels and some window tint in the front i think you'd have a really nice set up going

,,or polish them out. Looks like a old cheap cast uncoated Superior wheel from back in the day.

Have them spun up on a balancer without tires mounted,,before offering anything money wise. Check for runout. See if the rim is needing weight before the tire. Your looking for excessive hop or general wobblyness as it is spun to 55mph. Tell the shop to put there best guy on it. Most shops will check that for free,,you know what to do and say.

They aren't worth a dime if they jump up and down. All that's gonna do is piss you off twice.

Now, if your going to keep all your stockers,,which I would highly recommend, and just use those for painting up and strapping on mud lugs, then you can work a deal before the shop check.
